gotta be real

Listen to what she is saying. She is saying what she’s got to say.
More than that, she is impressively REAL.
NATURAL.

That’s what life is all about.
Be real. Be natural.
Lauren forgets the lyrics – that’s natural.
That’s the vibration I am talkin’ about. Amazing energy.
Healing energy!
The moment you feel – is the moment you say it. And you say it the way you feel it.

All those people who learn speeches by heart or try to use words to impress, are not impressive and do not touch my heart…cuz’ their words don’t come from their soul. They are mind words, decorative words. And when you are natural and spontaneous anything can happen: you may forget your lyrics if you are rapping, you may pause if you are giving a speech, you may cry because you get emotional, you may laugh because in that particular moment someone from the audience is makin’ you laugh….anything can happen.

To live in the moment is the treasure of life. It is vibrational – your heart is beating’ loud and you’re emotional because you are in a constant unknown moment. You are feeling the moment. I am getting goosebumps while I am puttin’ these words down. Walking into the unknown gives me ecstasy, makes me street smart, alert, alive, conscious:) It is the highest level of consciousness. That is when you are connected to God and everything just flows…

Poetic Lyric

spiritual warrior

This song “Lost ones” by Lauren Hill has taught me a lot and made me aware about certain things:)

I used to be a lost one – someone who always wanted to be right and proof a point, someone who wanted to be perfect, someone who was fighting with herself. Today I am a warrior, not a fighter any more. I am a spiritual warrior who accepts, understands, loves. This song taught me to stop fighting, to be humble, to be powerless over others, and powerful inside my own soul only, to accept others and life the way it is, to accept myself with all the imperfections, to accept what is for what is – not for what I want it to be.

Everything is inside of us.
Everyone of us has beautiful gifts.
The universe is giving each one a path to walk in order to discover these gifts.
Do not walk away. Do not try to change the path. Accept it. Walk it and then make a change!
With courage! Dream your reality into being. Dream it courageously!
Life is an endless learning process of self-discovery.
Every human being comes into our life to show us an aspect of us, of who we are.
Every human being is our teacher.
Every human beings is here to be loved and to love.

Do not be afraid of surrender.
Give your hand to the divine and let go of your fear.
There is no need to be right and to proof our points.
All there is is caring and loving.
Forgiving.
Sharing.
Understanding.
To be compassionate.
Accepting.
Giving.

Only then will you create an energetic field that emanates creative power.
The secret of healing resides in our hearts.
When we feel compassion and love our heart creates a frequency which is our creative power of healing ourselves and the others.
We can make the shift from “lost ones” to “spiritual warriors” happening.
With our heart.

“We make a living by what we get but we make a life by what we give.”

We are all spiritual warriors with the same nature.
One people.
One heart.
One consciousness.
One love.

And now the lyrics of the song….

It’s funny how money change a situation
Miscommunication leads to complication
My emancipation don’t fit your equation
I was on the humble, you on every station
Some wan’ play young Lauryn like she dumb
But remember not a game new under the sun
Everything you did has already been done
I know all the tricks from Bricks to Kingston
My thing done made your kingdom wan’ run
Now understand L. Boogie’s non-violent
But if a thing test me, run for me gun
Can’t take a threat to me newborn son
L’s been this way since creation
A groupie call, you fall from temptation
Now you wanna ball over separation
Tarnish my image in your conversation
Who you gon’ scrimmage, like you the champion
You might win some but you just lost one

You might win some but you just lost one
You might win some but you just lost one
You might win some but you just lost one
You might win some but you just lost one

Now, now how come your talk turn cold
Gained the whole world for the price of your soul
Tryin’ to grab hold of what you can’t control
Now you’re all floss, what a sight to behold
Wisdom is better than silver and gold
I was hopeless now I’m on Hope road
Every man wants to act like he’s exempt
Need to get down on his knees and repent
Can’t slick talk on the day of judgement
Your movement’s similar to a serpent
Tried to play straight, how your whole style bent?
Consequence is no coincidence
Hypocrites always want to play innocent
Always want to take it to the full out extent
Always want to make it seem like good intent
Never want to face it when it’s time for punishment
I know you don’t wanna hear my opinion
But there come many paths and you must choose one
And if you don’t change then the rain soon come
See you might win some but you just lost one

You might win some but you just lost one
You might win some but you just lost one
You might win some but you just lost one
You might win some but you just lost one

You might win some but you really lost one
You just lost one, it’s so silly how come
When it’s all done did you really gain from
What you done done, it’s so silly how come
You just lost one

Now don’t you understand man universal law
What you throw out comes back to you, star
Never underestimate those who you scar
Cause karma, karma, karma comes back to you hard
You can’t hold God’s people back that long
The chain of Shatan wasn’t made that strong
Trying to pretend like your word is your bond
But until you do right, all you do will go wrong
Now some might mistake this for just a simple song
And some don’t know what they have ’til it’s gone
Now even when you’re gone you can still be reborn
And, from the night can arrive the sweet dawn
Now some might listen and some might shun
And some may think that they’ve reached perfection
If you look closely you’ll see what you’ve become
Cause you might win some but you just lost one

You might win some but you just lost one
You might win some but you just lost one
You might win some but you just lost one
You might win some but you just lost one
